Simply put, you get more from a Bell Inspection. We offer everything you need at a superior level of service because our experience and credentials go above and beyond the minimum qualifications of a typical home inspector.
Choosing an experienced inspector is one of the most important decisions you can make when selling or buying a property, or building a new home. Our number one goal is to conduct a thorough property inspection that offers peace of mind and provides all the insight you need to make an informed decision.
Be cautious of inspectors that guarantee the lowest price or offer self-serving contracting services, like general repairs. Lower prices can be a reflection of the quality and energy that you’ll get from that inspector and repair services that are offered for personal gain can make you question the honesty of your inspector and integrity of your inspection report.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR INSPECTOR
